Biographie
Seth Rogen (né le 15 avril 1982) est un acteur, comédien, doubleur, scénariste et producteur de films canadien. Rogen a commencé sa carrière en faisant du stand-up comédie pendant quatre ans pendant son adolescence, terminant deuxième au Vancouver Amateur Comedy Contest en 1998. Alors qu'il vivait toujours dans sa ville natale de Vancouver, il a décroché un rôle de soutien dans Freaks and Geeks. Peu de temps après que Rogen a déménagé à Los Angeles pour son rôle, Freaks and Geeks a été annulé après une saison en raison de mauvaises notes. Il a ensuite obtenu un rôle dans Undeclared, tout aussi éphémère, qui l'a également embauché comme rédacteur. Après avoir décroché un poste d'écrivain pour la dernière saison de Da Ali G Show, pour lequel Rogen et les autres scénaristes ont reçu une nomination aux Emmy, il a été guidé par le producteur de films Judd Apatow vers une carrière cinématographique. Après avoir reçu des éloges critiques pour cette performance, Universal Pictures a accepté de le nommer en tête du prochain long métrage de réalisateur d'Apatow, Knocked Up.
